Carbon Credits
By actively supporting sustainable development in its carbon reduction projects around the world, NatureLab.World obtains certified and verified carbon credits that are offered to individuals and companies wishing to commit to offsetting their carbon footprint. NatureLab credits are ex-post, meaning that their effect is already measurable on the global carbon mass.
Sustainable development projects
The projects that generate the credits are developed around the UN's sustainable development goals. Indeed, in addition to acting immediately on the global carbon footprint, the projects support social issues to extend the benefits beyond the environment; for communities around the world.
Urban forestry
For every ton of CO2 offset, NatureLab.World commits to plant and maintain four trees in its urban and semi-urban forestry program. In the long term, these trees will also sequester up to one ton of carbon. In addition, they help create forest corridors, maintain biodiversity, and many other co-benefits associated with preserving forest areas near cities.
Social responsibility
By using the financial resources generated by carbon offsetting in an ecological circular economy, NatureLab aims to create real change. In addition, each year, a portion of the profits is reinvested in the development of projects of high social value for communities around the world.
